January Vol 1: Wrestle Until

Strategic Coalition of Intercessory Forces.” In the Company of Intercessors,

Watchmen & Gatekeepers.

“Behold, how good and how pleasant it is for brethren to dwell together in unity.”

Psalm 133:1 (KJV)

These gatherings are what I call authentic war rooms; Stealth Bomber S.C.I.F.s

There’s a unique kind of peace that settles in when God’s people gather on one accord.

Something happens in those moments, revelation sharpens, healing flows, and heaven’s insight lands clear. These are the rooms where brothers and sisters come together to strengthen one another, to sharpen spiritual tools, and to hear what Heaven is saying about the matters at hand.

I’m a part of two prayer groups. In our 5:00 a.m.  prayer group called “Power Priests.” Every morning, we lock in a full hour of everyone praying out loud in our heavenly language. Then we share what God has shown: visions, impressions, scriptures, and spoken words.

Strategic Coalitions of Intercessory Forces. Here, there’s no ego, no competition, no

performance, and no platform.  We’re not here to be heard; we’re here to hear God. Inside these rooms, God releases revelation.  Prophetic words and visions come through individual intercessors, and often, those words become the foundation of our next strategy, for prayer, business, ministry, family, or national intercession.

In a prophetic company, this flow is natural. One person may see a vision, another may hear a word, and someone else carries the interpretation. It’s much like tongues and interpretation; one releases, another translates, and together, the message becomes clear.

That’s how God works.

When He releases something, He’s already positioned someone in the room who can interpret it. That’s why trusting the gifts in and around you matters. When the time is right, God makes room for every gift He’s placed in the house.

What we’re discovering in these sessions is that God is sharpening our gifts, not for display, but for deployment. He’s commissioning us to target systems and territories we’ve been assigned to influence.  Each of us carries an individual mantle, but we move under one corporate mandate:

“…to subdue the earth, and have dominion… and be fruitful, and multiply.” Genesis 1:28 (KJV)

When God places a burden on your heart, it’s not random; it’s an assignment. Our response must be a clear, obedient “yes.” Then we watch, dig deeper, and discern how our personal calling connects to Heaven’s larger strategy.

Every day, we’re learning that prayer is not just conversation, it’s command and coordination. These S.C.I.F. rooms are where Heaven’s intelligence is downloaded, decoded, and deployed.

Additionally, I host the “Stealth Intercessors” War Room. The Stealth Intercessors is a war room of prayer where we do all-out spiritual warfare against the kingdom of darkness. It is a small, intimate group of prayer warriors who are called to war against the kingdom of darkness. Often, from the Power Priest’s prayer room, God gives me a system that He desires me to attack and subdue,

The entire month of January in the Power Priest was filled with impactful, purposeful teachings and revelations. One particular day, God gave me Revelation 2:20-28, particularly the church of Thyrihia. The ultimate message was:

“STOP TOLERATING JEZEBEL”

This last day of the month for gathered prayer was no exception. God gave a clear vision, and someone in the room immediately caught the interpretation and didn’t hesitate to act on it. What followed wasn’t just insight; it was direction.

Here’s what God revealed. I believe this was the profound culmination of all that God has been speaking in the S.C.I.F. throughout the week.

The Vision: The Court Strategy and Grace

Author of Vision: Angela Moore “I saw people playing a basketball game,” someone shared quietly in our prayer room. “I’m not a basketball player, so I don’t know what this all means.” Others replied, “That’s okay, you can be the coach.” But suddenly, someone in the room, who played basketball before, leaned forward with insight that opened the moment like a parable.

A “simple” vision became a divine strategy session. I highlight simple, but not simple in God, in Him, small revelations can carry big authority and strategy.

Interpreting the Symbol: A Game

Basketball is a strategic game, not a random one; offense and defense are locked in rhythm and motion.  Each team has five players, and in biblical symbolism, five represents grace.

“And of his fulness have all we received, and grace for grace.” John 1:16 (KJV)

This suggests that God has graced us with skill, coordination, and the ability to play our part in His divine plan.

But look more closely: there are 10 players in total. The number ten often represents order and completion.

“These are the commandments, which the LORD commanded Moses...ten commandments.”  Exodus 34:28 (KJV)

“Let all things be done decently and in order.” 1 Corinthians 14:40 (KJV)

So, in this vision, God is showing both grace and order working together, Heaven’s structure guiding human strategy. It’s as though the Lord is saying,

“I’ve given you grace to function, but I’m also teaching you divine order to win.”

Reading the Defense: “Tight Zone” and “Playing Honest Defense”

In basketball, reading the defense determines the victory. When the opposing team plays a tight zone, they cluster around the key, shutting down the inside scorers, the forwards, and the center.  That’s when the guards must respond with wisdom and courage. They must “make the defense play honest.”

In spiritual language, this is what Scripture calls discerning the times and strategies of the enemy.

“Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices.”

2 Corinthians 2:11 (KJV)

When life’s defense tightens, it’s not the time to retreat; it’s time for believers on the perimeter to step up and shoot with precision in faith.

Just as the guards must sink a few perimeter shots to draw the defense out, so must we demonstrate faith under pressure.

“Now the just shall live by faith. “Hebrews 10:38 (KJV)

Once the defense stretches, once the opposition is forced to respect the shot, the entire team gains freedom.

Spiritually, this means when faith acts boldly, heaven opens space for a breakthrough.

“Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.”

James 4:7 (KJV)

That’s what it means to make the enemy play honest, to keep standing firm until opposition has no choice but to acknowledge the strength of your faith.  Basketball requires all five players to function in sync, just like the Body of Christ.

“For as we have many members in one body, and all members have not the same office.”  Romans 12:4 (KJV)

“From whom the whole body fitly joined together...maketh increase of the body unto the edifying of itself in love.” Ephesians 4:16 (KJV)

In this game, an offensive player can’t stay in the paint (score zone) for more than three seconds, or it’s a violation. An unknowingly heel of the shoe can be a violation. If the shot isn’t there, they must clear out and reset. Every team possession has a 24-second clock:  score, or the ball goes to the other team.

The Roles on the Court: God’s Strategic Design

Here’s how each role translates spiritually:

The Point Guard: The Visionary Leader  (The Allen Iverson, Magic Johnson, Stephen Curry kind of “point guard).

Spiritually, they symbolize leaders and visionaries, those who discern the Spirit’s direction and call the plays that align with Heaven’s plan. The point guard reads the floor, sets the pace, and directs the flow. They move quickly, think sharply, and act decisively, much like Allen Iverson and great point guards who are known for agility and courage.

“Write the vision, and make it plain upon tables, that he may run that readeth it.” Habakkuk 2:2 (KJV)

The point guard listens to the unseen rhythm, the divine Coach’s voice, and moves accordingly.

“Thine ears shall hear a word behind thee, saying, this is the way, walk ye in it.” Isaiah 30:21 (KJV)

The Shooting Guard: The Executor of Faith (The Michael Jordan kind of “shooting guard)- Quick, sharp, and confident, the shooting guard doesn’t hesitate. Their job is to execute.  This player represents believers who act on God’s Word without delay.

“But be ye doers of the word, and not hearers only.” James 1:22 (KJV)

THEY UNDERSTAND THAT OBEDIENCE IS BETTER THAN HESITATION, AND THAT SOMETIMES, FAITH LOOKS LIKE TAKING THE SHOT WHEN OTHERS ARE STILL DECIDING.

The Small Forward: The Bridge Builder (The Lebron James kind of small forward)

The small forward is the most versatile, part offense, part defense, able to guard or score as needed. This role mirrors believers who bridge gaps between vision and execution, who fill the spaces where others falter.

“And I sought for a man among them, that should make up the hedge and stand in the gap before me.” Ezekiel 22:30 (KJV)

Their adaptability is their anointing; they bring balance and strength to the team.

The Power Forward: The Grounded Intercessor. (The Dennis Rodman kind of power forward)

This player battles under pressure, holds position under the rim, and fights for every rebound. They are the intercessors, those who stand firm when resistance rises.

“And having done all, to stand. Stand therefore...”  Ephesians 6:13–14 (KJV)

They don’t chase recognition; their victories happen in the trenches, unseen but essential. They remind the team that prayer, not applause, wins the real game.

The Center: The Protector of Purpose (The Kareem Abdul Jabbar and Shaquille O’Neal kind of center.)

The center defends the basket, the heart of the team’s purpose. Spiritually, this is the believer who protects the vision, guards the faith, and anchors the team in stability.

“Watch ye, stand fast in the faith, quit you like men, be strong.” 1 Corinthians 16:13 (KJV)

The center represents steadfastness, those who won’t let the opposition steal what God entrusted.

Understand that each player postures as who they know they are in their strengths, not according to how others may label them.

THE 6TH MAN: THE COACH

In the language of the vision, the coach is the SIXTH PLAYER because he doesn’t just watch the game; he governs the flow of it. He sees what the players can’t see from the floor: matchups, momentum shifts, hidden traps, and when a “good move” is a setup for a loss.  The coach carries oversight, strategy, correction, and timing, calling plays, adjusting formation, and developing players into discipline and unity.

Spiritually, the coach reveals God’s leadership and governing presence in the life of the believer and in the Body: not only gifting you to play but training you to win with order.

TWO COACHES ACROSS BOTH TEAMS EQUALS 12, which points to government, authority, and divine order, a reminder that Heaven is not random; it’s structured, intentional, and aligned.

SPIRITUAL REVELATION OF THE COACH

Vision & oversight: He sees the whole court; God sees the entire season.

“I will instruct thee and teach thee in the way which thou shalt go I will guide thee with mine eye.” PSALM 32:8, KJV

Instruction & development: The coach shapes the player, God trains and corrects His sons and daughters.

“For whom the Lord loveth he chasteneth, and scourgeth every son whom he

receiveth.” HEBREWS 12:6, KJV

Strategy & execution: The coach calls the play; God establishes the steps.

“A man’s heart deviseth his way: but the LORD directeth his steps.”  PROVERBS 16:9, KJV

Focus under pressure: The coach keeps the team locked in; Heaven keeps you steady. “Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith…” HEBREWS 12:2, KJV

Remembrance & real-time guidance: The coach reminds players what was practiced, the Holy Spirit reminds and teaches in the moment.

“But the Comforter, which is the Holy

Ghost… he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance…”  JOHN 14:26, KJV

THE SIXTH PLAYER AND THE GOVERNMENT OF HEAVEN

One of the teachings was about the number 6, which represented the year of man and how this season God is going after the soul of man for repentance and inner healing. How befitting it to land in the sixth position on the court.

So yes, we talked about the five roles on the floor, but the vision doesn’t stop at five. There’s a sixth player: the coach. He’s not in the spotlight, but he carries oversight, reading what others miss, calling timeouts when momentum shifts, correcting drift, and adjusting the formation before pressure breaks the team.

The coach represents Heaven’s leadership in real time, reminding the players what was practiced in private so it can be executed in public. And when you see two coaches, one for each side, you’re looking at twelve: the language of government and divine order.

This is bigger than a game. It’s a picture of authority, alignment, and spiritual structure; proof that victory isn’t accidental; it’s administered. So, stay teachable, stay in formation, and don’t confuse movement with progress. Because when God is coaching, every adjustment is mercy, and every play is purpose.

The Flow of the Game: Strategy, Endurance, and Awareness

Basketball is fast, offense one moment, defense the next. The pace demands mental sharpness and physical endurance.

“Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour.” 1 Peter 5:8 (KJV)

In close games, the starters rarely rest. Their endurance matters. In the same way, God’s people must endure through fatigue and opposition.

“And let us not be weary in well doing, for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not.”

Galatians 6:9 (KJV)

A strong offense makes a great defense; a disciplined defense creates opportunity for offense.

“The horse is prepared against the day of battle:  but safety is of the LORD.” Proverbs 21:31 (KJV)

It’s not about speed alone; it’s about awareness, knowing when to push forward and when to guard what God already gave you.

Spiritual Takeaway: Grace and Order in Motion

Grace and order, five and ten, working together form the divine balance of Heaven’s team.

“For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God.”  Ephesians 2:8 (KJV)

“The steps of a good man are ordered by the LORD: and he delighteth in his way.”

Psalm 37:23 (KJV)

When the “tight zone” forms, when life’s pressure mounts, it’s God’s call for the guards to step out, to show faith from the perimeter.

“As we act in faith, we force the enemy to play honest defense. The barriers break, and others find freedom.”

“Faith is the victory that overcometh the world.”  1 John 5:4 (KJV)

“The court becomes the Kingdom. The mirror of grace in motion.”

Final Reflection

Basketball, in this vision, isn’t about sport; it’s about strategy. It’s about how grace (five) and order (ten) operate in the lives of God’s people.

“Every player has a role. Every believer has a lane. When each move is in rhythm with the divine playbook, the game shifts from chaos to purpose.”

“For we are laborers together with God: ye are God’s husbandry, ye are God’s building.”  1 Corinthians 3:9 (KJV)

“If God be for us, who can be against us?”  Romans 8:31 (KJV)

Basketball, in this vision, isn’t about sport; it’s about strategy. It’s about how grace (five) and order (ten) operate in the lives of God’s people.

REMEMBER: Every player has a role. Every believer has a lane. In a 5–10-man game, you don’t win by talent alone; you win by alignment. You win when the team stops freelancing and starts flowing. You win when the court becomes a place of assignment, not attention.”

Because on the floor, everything matters:

Position teaches identity: Know who you are and where you’re sent.

Spacing teaches wisdom: Don’t crowd what God is building; make room for movement. • Communication teaches unity: Quiet teams get beaten; connected teams overcome

Discipline teaches maturity: Every foul is a lesson in restraint, timing, and self-control. •

The clock teaches urgency: There’s a season for every play, and delays cost points.

“When each move in rhythm with the divine playbook, the game shifts from chaos to purpose. That’s the spiritual implication: the Lord is not just building individual players; He’s forming a functioning Body. “Not a group of gifted people, but a governed people. Not five anointed soloists, but a coordinated unit that knows how to execute Heaven’s intent under pressure.”

And there will be pressure. The defense will adjust.  The enemy will study your patterns. He’ll try to trap you in corners, fatigue, frustration, offense, and distraction.

“But this is where the vision

becomes wisdom: a trapped player

doesn’t panic, she pivots. She

keeps her footing, keeps her eyes

up, and looks for the open pass.”

“For we are laborers together with God: ye are God’s husbandry, ye are God’s building.”

1 Corinthians 3:9 (KJV)

So, in this vision, the court becomes a construction site, God building through coordination. Every screen is preparation. Every pass is trusted. Every rebound is recovery. Every assist is proof that the goal was never personal glory; it was shared victory.

“If God be for us, who can be against us?” Romans 8:31 (KJV)

So, take your position. Read the floor. Trust the Coach. And when the defense tightens, step up. Take the shot. Because Heaven’s already called the play. If you miss the shot?  Run it back. Reset. Rebound. Regroup. Because in the Kingdom, the game isn’t won by perfection, it’s won by obedience, endurance, and staying in formation until the final buzzer.

In January, we went hard in the paint and came out with many receipts, strategies, and marching orders.
